A Day to Remember!
Huge thanks to Ms. Guadian for organizing such an unforgettable trip for her students—many of whom experienced South Padre Island for the very first time!
From breakfast at McDonald’s to exploring the zoo in Brownsville, enjoying a waterfront picnic, and heading out on a two-hour Eco Tour Cruise filled with sea creatures and dolphin sightings—it was a day full of adventure!
The fun didn’t stop there. The group wrapped up the evening with dinner at Pizza Hut, gift shop strolls, ice cream treats, and live music and dancing under the stars on the boardwalk—topped off by a stunning firework display!
What a beautiful way to celebrate and send off her 8th graders to high school—with memories that will last a lifetime!

to the Cigarroa MS Symphonic Band for earning a Sweepstakes Superior ratings at the 2025 Region XIV UIL Band Evaluation. As well as the CMS Concert Band for earning an Excellent rating on stage and a Superior rating in Sight reading. We are extremely proud of our students. Special thanks to Mr. Mario Valle, Ms. Ashley Lancon, Mr. Servando Serna, Mr. Homer Veliz, Ms. Mónica Arriaga, and Mr. José Calderon for all the time and knowledge you share with our students.
