Texas Senate Bill 12 requires all students to have a health consent form on file to receive ANY health-related services, including first aid and illness care while at school.
If you select "NO" on the consent form, nurses/staff will not be able to treat your child if they are injured or sick while at school and a parent or guardian will have to pick up the child. *This does not apply to life-threatening or emergency situations *
Consent forms will be sent home with all students, forms will also be available at all schools. You may also fill out the Google form below to provide consent:

El Proyecto de Ley del Senado de Texas 12 requiere que todos los estudiantes tengan un formulario de consentimiento de salud archivado para recibir CUALQUIER servicio relacionado con la salud, incluidos primeros auxilios y atención por enfermedades mientras están en la escuela.
Si selecciona "NO" en el formulario de consentimiento, las enfermeras/personal no podrán tratar a su hijo/a si se lesiona o enferma mientras está en la escuela y un padre o tutor tendrá que recoger al niño/a. Esto no se aplica a situaciones de emergencia o que amenacen la vida.

According to Texas state law (House Bill 1481), certain devices are not allowed to be used during school hours. This includes:
*Cell phones
*Smartwatches
*Tablets
*Any other electronic devices not approved by the school that have Telecommunication.
These rules help minimize distractions and keep students focused on learning. Please remind your child to keep these devices turned off and stored away during the school day.
